Contacting your local NHS services with feedback, concerns or complaints
You can contact local NHS organisations directly if you want to give feedback – either good or bad – or want to raise a concern or make a complaint. This page has contact details for a range of local NHS services with information on how to raise an issue with them.

Freedom of information
Anyone has the right to ask for access to all types of recorded information held by public authorities, including the NHS.

Access to your health records
You have the right to see information held about you by organisations, including the NHS and Herts and West Essex ICB. This page has more information about how make an "access request" to get a copy of personal information held about you by the ICB.
Continuing healthcare
Some people aged 18 and over with long-term complex physical or mental health needs qualify for care arranged and funded solely by the NHS. This is known as NHS continuing healthcare. This page has contact information for the continuing healthcare teams in the areas we support.
