The Data Protection Act 2018 allows you to see information held about you by organisations, including the NHS and Herts and West Essex ICB.

To get a copy of personal information held about you by the ICB, you can contact the ICB and make an ‘access request’. So that we can deal with your request in the best and safest way, we prefer you to make this request in writing. However, you can make a verbal request if you want.
