Join East and North Hertfordshire Health and Care Partnership at its Community Assembly on Friday (19 August) to find out more about it.

If you’ve heard of the East and North Hertfordshire Health and Care Partnership (HCP) but aren’t sure what it is or who is involved, then join the partnership’s next Community Assembly on Friday (19 August) to find out more.

The Assembly is chaired and managed by Healthwatch Hertfordshire as an independent patient champion. It is a forum for people working and volunteering in health and social care, and the voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector, to help shape and improve local health and care services.

Since the first meeting in September 2021, the Assembly has heard about:

  • Virtual Ward pathways
  • integrated respiratory services
  • the award-winning Long COVID Rehabilitation Pathway project
  • the challenges for carers during the pandemic
  • primary care networks and integrated care

... and much more!

Next Friday’s meeting will be online using Zoom, and is between 9.30 – 11.30 am. To register to attend, just email info@healthwatchhertfordshire.co.uk or call 01707 275978. In your email, explain your background and any specific links you have with health and social care on either a personal, voluntary or professional level in east and north Hertfordshire.
