Views on GP services for children and young people needed

Healthwatch Hertfordshire and Healthwatch Essex are both appealing for people take part in surveys looking at local GP services.

The independent charities, which use your voices to help improve local health and care, are gathering experiences specifically around GP services for children and young people in Hertfordshire and west Essex.

Feedback provided will help to shape future improvements so that access to GP practices in our Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care System can be made better.

If you live in Hertfordshire and are a parent or carer for someone under 18, share your views in a survey from Healthwatch Hertfordshire.

Complete Healthwatch Hertfordshire's survey which takes 5-10 minutes to fill in and closes on Monday 3 October 2022. Alternatively you can contact the team by calling 01707 275978 or email Healthwatch Hertfordshire to share your views in another way.

If you live in west Essex and are a parent are carer for someone under 25, share your views in a survey from Healthwatch Essex.

They are particularly keen to hear from people in Uttlesford and Harlow but all experience is welcome and can be lived experiences from now or in the past.

If this is relevant to you please do take five minutes to complete the survey, which closes on Tuesday 1 November 2022.  Alternatively you can contact the team by calling 0300 500 1895 or email Healthwatch Essex to share your views in another way. 

Your involvement will remain anonymous unless you agree to talk to one of the Healthwatch team members in a little more depth about your experience – but your details will only be used for the purpose of them making contact with you and will not be shared wider.
