Healthy Hubs

Healthy Hubs in Hertfordshire link can link you to health and wellbeing support near to where you live.

Each district and borough council area in Hertfordshire - sometimes called a locality - has at least one Healthy Hub.

The Healthy Hubs offer free health and wellbeing information, helping communities to stay well. They are run by local councils.

Working with a range of organisations and professionals, Healthy Hubs can help you find the support you might need. For example, this could be to manage your weight, become more active or look after your mental health.

All hubs offer a virtual service, meaning you can get in touch by phone, email or video call. Some hubs are also running services that are in-person. Find out more information and how you can get in touch with your Healthy Hub

Local authorities in Essex are creating something like Healthy Hubs for our communities in west Essex. We will give information about this when they launch.
