Hertfordshire and West Essex Health and Care Academy
Locally, health and care organisations in our integrated care system have come together to create the Hertfordshire and West Essex Health and Care Academy.
The academy is supporting our joint workforce to be empowered to provide the best possible care for our communities. It is a source of information about careers in the health and care sector and a hub for staff wellbeing, training, and opportunities for staff from local health and care organisations.
There is also a dedicated engagement programme for schools and colleges, including work experience.
